Welcome to TrueRank ("TrueRank," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our website, applications, and related services.

Account Information: Name, email address, profile photo (optional), date of birth, gender (optional), sports preferences.
Sports & Competition Information: Match results, tournament participation records, rankings and ratings, certificates and achievements, team affiliations.
Device & Usage Information: IP address, browser type, device information, app usage data, log data.
We use information to: create and manage user accounts, generate rankings and ratings, verify match and tournament records, display player profiles and achievements, improve platform functionality, prevent fraud and abuse, provide customer support, and communicate important updates.
Certain information may be visible to other users, including: name, profile information, rankings, match history, tournament participation, and public achievements and certificates. Users should only upload information they are comfortable sharing publicly.
TrueRank may be used by individuals under 18 years of age. Users under 18 should use the platform with the knowledge, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to upload it, the information is accurate, and the content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Rankings and statistics are generated using information submitted by users and organizers. While we strive for accuracy, TrueRank does not guarantee that all information displayed is complete or error-free.
TrueRank is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueRank and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Tournament organisers are responsible for the accuracy of all tournament details, participant records, and match results entered into the platform. Organisers must not approve fake registrations or manipulate results.
By submitting content (certificates, photos, results), you grant TrueRank a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content within the platform. You retain ownership of your content.
All TrueRank branding, design, software, and content are the property of TrueRank. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
TrueRank reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable laws, or platform policies. Reasons include fraudulent activity, fake certificates, ranking manipulation, impersonation, or abuse of other users.
TrueRank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that rankings and results will always be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrueRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to TrueRank in the last 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TrueRank after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
